Project narrative

On April 3, 2020, the Hunan Provincial Government donated 10,000 COVID-19 medical face masks to its sister state government of Colorado. The donation was made in order to aid with a growing Covid-19 infection rate which saw Colorado declare a state of emergency on March 10, 2020 and experienced difficulty in domestically sourcing medical masks.
