Project narrative

In March, 2008 the National Library of China donated 312 titles (approximately 384 volumes) to the East Asia Library at the University of Washington through the Window to China Program. These books range in genre and subject matter but mostly consist of humanities and social sciences. This donation comes as a part of an agreement made in 2006 to donate 4,000 volumes between 2006 and 2010
