Project narrative

In October 2015, a Chinese delegation donated 30 books to Musser Public Library in Muscatine, Iowa. The delegation of six people represented the Shanghai People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and donated the books as a part of the "Window to Shanghai" project. The city of Muscatine has a history of cultural exchange with China.
