Project narrative

In December 2023, the Dublin Branch of Bank of China (Europe) S.A. (BOC Europe) entered into a bilateral revolving credit facility (RCF) agreement with ORIX Aviation Systems Limited – an Ireland-incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation of Japan – for unspecified purposes. This unsecured RCF was the first between ORIX Aviation and BOC Europe.
