Project narrative

On May 9, 2020, the Municipal People's Government of Harbin donated 10,000 medical masks and 1,000 surgical gowns to the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska. The donation was delivered by way of Alaska Airlines, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Lynden International, Air China, and the Sister Cities Commission. The donation was made possible by relations established in the Alaska Trade Mission in 2018 and their sister city status.
