Project narrative

In August 2010, Fuzhou donated a full size commemorative pavilion(亭) to Tacoma, Washington. It wouldbe constructed in the Chinese Reconciliation Park. Along with the pavilion, a delegation that consist of three artisans and their interpreter arrived with it to provide information in the pre-construction meetings. The pavilion began construction on September 21, 2010 and was fully constructed by September 12, 2011.
