Project narrative

In 2011, the Chinese government donated $1.2 million USD as well as a team of artisans to help create the Seattle Chinese Gardens in Seattle, Washington. In May 2011, the first two phases of the courtyard were completed and open to the public , however more funding was needed to complete the project in entirety.
