Project narrative

On Jan 27, 2023, China handed over the Tobeyville Primary School to Harper City, Maryland County. This project was funded by the Chinese Embassy in Liberia and built by China Henan International Corporation Group (CHICO). According to the Chinese Ambassador in Liberia Ren Yisheng, this project was approved with an initial budget of USD 60,000 at the beginning of 2022. The cost of total project was USD 70,000 with USD 10,000 coming from China Henan International Cooperation Group Co., Ltd (CHICO) Liberia.
