Staff comments

1. The source from the state of Georgia states that the donation was made in March or April 2020, but does not outline a date. AidData estimates 4/1/2020 to represent this period. 2. AidData estimates the value of the donation using AidData's COVID Transaction Estimator. 10,000 masks * $0.7 per mask = $7,000 USD.
