Project narrative

In April 2020, Ni Shumin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Third Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, donated 140,000 Type IIR liquid splash-proof medical surgical masks to Government of Luxembourg on behalf of the academy. The donation was given to Luxembourg in a donation ceremony held at the Luxembourg Embassy in China.
