Project narrative

On March 22, 2020, the Henan Province donated personal protective equipment and medical supplie to Luxembourg. The same day, a Cargolux Airlines Boeing 747-8F airplane left Zhengzhou International Airport carrying it. The donation was worth an estimated value of more than RMB 2,500,000, and contained 4,500 medical protective suits, 500,000 surgical masks, 5,700 N95 masks, 100,000 pairs of medical gloves, 600 forehead thermometers, 20,000 bottles of hand sanitizer, and 1,080 pairs of medical goggles. The shipment followed the Zhengzhou-Luxembourg international cargo route, established following Henan Aviation Investment Group's acquisition of a 35% stake in Cargolux Airlines in 2014.
