Project narrative

The Chinese Government sponsored a 2023 seminar on protocol and etiquette for Dominican officials. The seminar was commissioned by the Ministry of Commerce of China and organized by the Beijing International Chinese College. Twenty-five participants were competitively selected from the Government of Dominica and other professional backgrounds (see source ID #201350). On May 10, 2023, a farewell party was held for the participants. It was attended by Chinese Ambassador to Dominica Lin Xianjiang and Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit (see source ID #201349).
