Project narrative

On February 25, 2022, Chinese ambassador to Congo (Brazzaville) Ma Fulin and the Congolese Minister of International Cooperation signed the deed of handover for a grant of unspecified value in Brazzaville. The grant would be used to aid the Congolese government with the 2022-2026 National Development Plan (NDP), which was approved by the government in 2021. The 2022-2026 NDP involves projects that focus on six sectors: agriculture, digital, tourism, real estate, industry, and Special Economic Zones (SEZs).
