Project narrative

On August 12, 2013, the China Scholarship Council and the Chinese Consulate General in New York awarded 3 recent graduates from the University of Rochester full ride scholarships to universities in China. One student used the scholarship to attend the Beijing Foreign Studies University, another attended the Central Conservatory of Music, and the third studied at Nanjing University. The scholarship recipients were recognized at a ceremony on August 12, 2013.
