Project narrative

On July 8, 2010, the Chinese Government donated six dragon boats to Philadelphia's Cradle of Liberty Council of the Boy Scouts of America. The boats were worth $75,000 USD. On September 30, 2010, the Schuylkill River flooded Manayunk, destroying four of the six boats and damaging the remaining two.
