Staff comments

1. Neither the China Construction Bank nor the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Zurich and for the Principality of Liechtenstein disclosed the dates of the mask donation. AidData estimates 4/1/2020 to represent Spring 2020. 2. The estimated transaction amount was determined using AidData's COVID Transaction Estimator. 82,000 masks * $0.7 per mask (April 2020 prices) = $57,400 USD.
