Project narrative

In October 2023, a syndicate of 22 banks -- including Bank of China -- reached financial close on a USD 1.475 billion syndicated revolving credit facility with JERA Global Markets Pte, Ltd. (JERAGM), a Singapore-based energy trader. Proceeds from the facility will be used for general corporate purposes, exclusively in the company's LNG and related businesses. Other lending details are unknown. A total of 22 lenders contributed to the facility. ANZ, Bank of China, DBS Bank, Deutsche Bank, ING Bank, MUFG, Natixis, and Standard Chartered Bank served as the original mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners. The other lenders are unknown.
