On October 21, 2022, the 24th Chinese Medical Team to Mozambique arrived at Maputo Central Hospital and began their 18-month mission in the country. The team included 12 healthcare workers selected by the Sichuan Provincial health Bureau with various specialties, including acupuncture, urology, surgery, anesthesia, and obstetrics and gynecology.
