On December 6, 2023, H.E. Ambassador Xiao Jianguo attended the 31st Convocation Ceremony of the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) and offered the “Chinese Ambassador Award” to four students. This award aims to promote the cultivation of more technical talents for bilateral economic cooperation and high-quality development of joint-building of the Belt and Road.
