Project narrative

On May 7, 2020, the Shenzhen municipal government held a press conference to announce that it had donated over 1.5 million masks to 36 cities and institutions in 27 countries, including Barcelona, Spain. Shenzhen officials did not disclose precisely how many masks Spain received.
