Full Description

Project narrative

In April 2020, the city of Nanchang donated 100,000 masks between four cities: Takamatsu, Japan, Naju, South Korea, Piney Region, Germany, and Albacete, Spain. As of April 10, 2020, the donated materials were in transport to Albacete.

Staff comments

1. The estimated transaction amount was determined using AidData's COVID Transaction Estimator. 25,000 masks * $0.7 USD per mask (April 2020 price) = $17,500 USD.
