Project narrative

As of May 25, 2020 the "share a meal program" started by the Chinese restaurant Junzi had donated 5000 free meals to frontline healthcare workers. As of April 27, 2020 The Bank of China New York Branch pledged to donating "thousands of U.S. dollars" to Junzi Kitchen which at that point had donated 1,811 meals. Each meal costs $10.00 USD therefore the total amount donated was $50,000.00 USD and the Bank of China could be responsible for up to $31,890.00 USD.
