Project narrative

On January 12th, 2023, the Chinese embassy in the Bahamas donated RMB 1.2 million of PPE to the country's Public Hospital Authority (PHA). The transaction was for hospital trollies, personal protective equipment, including masks and shoe covers, and 3 40-foot containers containing oximeters. This was China's 11th donation of medical equipment to the Bahamas to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, and was the largest batch up to that point.
