Project narrative

On August 25, 2022, the Chinese Government donated SBD 2.4 million (USD 300,000) to the Ministry of Health and Medical Services in the Solomon Islands to support ongoing logistical and operational needs related to the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, routine immunization activities, and other urgent public health programs. This donation came alongside a donation of medical supplies worth around SBD$1.3 million (recorded in Record ID#102907).
