Project narrative

On September 28, 2021, the Chinese Embassy donated 80,000 disposable medical masks to the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy in Latvia. Subsequently, 60,000 of them were donated by the Chinese Ambassador to Latvia Liang Jianquan to the Latvian Olympic Club, the Liepaja Municipal Government, and the South Kuzeme Municipal Government on October 1, 2021, China National Day.
