Project narrative

On November 28, 2023, the Chinese Embassy in Togo provided a batch of food aid to the northern region of Togo. Ambassador Chao Weidong, Secretary-General of the Togolese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Salifo, and Director of the Togolese National Food Security Agency Agadazi attended the handover ceremony. The donation supported Togo's government's Programme d'Urgence pour la Région des Savanes. Its monetary value is unknown.
