Full Description

Project narrative

On October 20, 2023, China sends the 26th medical team from Shanxi to aid Togo. The medical team was dispatched by Houma People's Hospital, and the 8 team members cover the areas of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and orthopedics. The mission was to last 559 days. On October 23, 2023, the 25th and 26th Chinese medical teams in Togo successfully completed the rotation and handover work at their base in Lomé, Togo. The 26th medical team is led by captain Bai Li.
