Project narrative

On September 8, 2022, the Chinese Ambassador to Jamaica Chen Daojiang visited Northern Caribbean University to give the Chinese Ambassador's Scholarship (see Record ID#101688). On the same trip, he met Lincoln Edwards, president of Northern Caribbean University. Ambassador Chen gave President Edwards a copy of Xi Jinping Thought.
