Project narrative

On July 25, 2023, the Chinese government donated the I-24/7 Communication System to the Scientific and Criminal Investigation Police (PCIC) in Timor-Leste. The I-24/7 Communication System Equipment is an advanced technological platform that provides critical resources for information sharing and institutional cooperation in the fight against transnational crime. The I-24/7 system will be used by INTERPOL-NCB Díli and the donated equipment strengthens the implementation of this system in Timor-Leste, which promotes security and maintenance of stability by fighting crime in the country.
