Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Western Sierra Collegiate Academy was established on February 12, 2011. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Western Sierra Collegiate Academy with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on October 28, 2011.
