Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Cedarlane Middle School was established on April 12, 2010. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Cedarlane Middle School with a grant. Experimental Middle School Attached to Yunnan Normal University (云南师大实验中学) was the partner Chinese institution for this Confucius Classroom. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on November 1, 2010.
