Project narrative

In March 2012, China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. (CHEC) won the bid to implement the Phase 1 of the Lae Tidal Basin Industrial Development Project, which was financed by the Asian Development Bank. In or around 2012, CHEC built a farmers' market for the residents in Lae City.
