Project narrative

On June 4, 2020, the People's Liberation Army (PLA) donated a batch of medical supplies including protective clothing such as medical gowns and gloves, medical masks, and other equipment valued at millions of Leones to the Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces (RSLAF) to assist its efforts against the COVID-19 pandemic. The supplies arrived in Sierra Leone on June 4, with a formal handover ceremony on June 9, 2020..
