In April 2018, the Wuxi Chamber of Commerce, the Cambodian Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, and the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone Company finished the Sihanoukville China-Cambodia Friendship Polytechnic Institute (西哈努克省中柬友谊理工学院).
