In 2019, the New York Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC NY) entered into a $55,000,000 USD revolving credit facility (RCF) agreement with Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) — a Florida-incorporated power utility company and wholly-owned subsidiary of NextEra Energy, Inc. based in Juno Beach, Florida — for unspecified purposes. This RCF carried a final maturity date of July 24, 2022 (a maturity period of around three years).
