At the end of the first quarter of 2008, Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex), a Panama-based trade bank, signed a $200 million five-year bilateral term loan facility agreement with the China Development Bank for on-lending purposes. The borrowing terms of the loan are unknown.
