Project narrative

On June 27, 2023, a handover ceremony was held for a donation of computer equipment to Niger's High Authority of the Fight against Corruption and Asset Recovery (HALCIA). The donation was composed of 6 desktop computers, 1 portable computer, 2 printers, and 1 door camera, and was intended to improve HALCIA's operational capacity and promote further cooperation between Niger and China.

1. The French name of the Niger High Authority for the Fight against Corruption and Asset Recovery is "Haute Autorité de Lutte contre la Corruption et les Infractions Assimilées," or "HALCIA." The Chinese name is "尼反贪局办."
