Project narrative

On October 22, 2023, the Governor of the Sudanese state of Khartoum expressed gratitude to the Chinese Government for their provision of 10,000 portions of rice. The donation was intended to provide humanitarian assistance for the people of Khartoum. 7,000 portions were planned to be distributed in places where it was needed most, while the remaining 3,000 were planned to be distributed in places with convenient access to transportation.
