Project narrative

On July 27, 2023, Chinese Ambassador Huang Yanzhong signed the handover certificate for a donation of 1,548 tablets to the Bolivian government. This in-kind grant, valued at RMB ¥3.3 million (approx. USD $466,000), aims to support Bolivian civil servants and enhance national census operations. The tablets were provided under a "non‑reimbursable assistance" provision from the China‑Bolivia Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement of June 2018.
