Project narrative

On December 12, 2023, the Chargé d'Affaires of the People's Republic of China officially delivered a USD 100,000 grant to the Government of Bolivia to support firefighting and post-disaster recovery operations in the wake of widespread forest fires. The donation ceremony was held at the Ministry of Defense offices in La Paz and included coordination between the Bolivian Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense (Civil Defense sub-agency).
