Project narrative

On June 16, 2023, the 23rd Chinese (Shanxi) medical aid team to Cameroon departed from the Taiyuan Wusu International Airport in China. While in Cameroon, the medical aid team will out foreign medical aid missions. This medical team consists of 10 members from the Third Municipal Hospital and two members from the Second Municipal Hospital. According to the Datong Municipal People's Government, the team will cover medical services such as orthopedics, internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, radiology, obstetrics and gynecology, acupuncture and massage, pharmacy, and clinical testing, as well as registration of remote medical centers and equipment donation.
