Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

An agreement between Northern State University the Center for Language Exchange and Cooperation (Formerly Hanban) took effect. The agreement outlines that the CLEC will “dispatch Chinese language teachers” and pay their salaries and travel costs, just as Hanban did for the CI which closed a year prior. Northern State University is responsible for providing classroom space, offices, teachers’ housing accommodations and health insurance, much as it did for the CI.
