Project narrative

On August 14, 2023, the Chinese Government awarded 71 Nepali students with scholarships to pursue higher education in various Chinese universities for the 2023–2024 academic year. A ceremony marking the occasion was held at the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu, attended by Ambassador Chen Song and representatives of Nepal’s Ministry of Education. The award covers full tuition, accommodation, living stipend, and return airfare. Recipients were selected across disciplines such as engineering, medicine, agriculture, and economics.
