Project narrative

In August 2018, before a City Council meeting, Tyler City, Texas Mayor Martin Heines accepted a replica of currency (of unknown quantity and value) used during the Ming Dynasty from the Mayor of Qujing, China. The memento is now on display at Tyler City Hall.
