Project narrative

On June 9, 2023, the Chinese Consulate in Laoag donated PHP 500,000 to the Benguet Police Provincial Office in the Philippines for the Pailaw Project. The project is run by the Provincial Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (PAGPTD). The purpose of the project is to provide local residents with electricity for their homes. The donation ceremony was held at the Benguet Provincial Capitol Hall in La Trinidad, Philippines.
