Project narrative

On May 12, 2023, the 21st Chinese peacekeeping Level-1+ Hospital to United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) sent medical personnel to provide free medical service at the Al Kub Care and Development Center in Lebanon at the invitation of the Civil Affairs Department of the UNIFIL Sector East and the local government. The free clinic mainly targeted elderly patients, as well as patients in poverty and mobility difficulties. The Chinese medical personnel offered services including physical exam, diagnosis, treatment and professional health consultation, and distributed drugs to the patients.
