Project narrative

On July 12, 2023, the Chinese Consulate in Tijuana provided computer equipment to the Baja Californian State Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks (COEPRIS BC) to increase the department's technological efficiency and allow the state to test its new digital verification system. The computer equipment donation consisted of 10 computers and 5 printers. The monetary value of the donation is currently unknown.
