Full Description

Project narrative

From April 14-28, 2023, a bilateral training program was held for Zambian professionals in Zhejiang, China. The training was titled "Seminar On Leadership Development for Zambia" and consisted of lectures, case studies, cultural experiences, visits to educational institutions, and field trips. The opening ceremony was held on April 10 and was facilitated by the Chinese Embassy in Zambia. The purpose of the program was to teach Zambians about China's reform and opening up, economic development, and the modernization of China's government structure and capabilities.
