Project narrative

From October 25 to November 23, 2023, the Overseas Training Course on Agricultural Processing and Preservation Technology was held in El Salvador. The event was attended by 61 workers and students from the agricultural industry, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, the National Center for Agricultural and Forestry Technology, the Salvadoran Institute of Agrarian Transformation, and the National School of Agriculture. El Salvador's Minister of Agriculture and Livestock and the Chinese Ambassador to El Salvador were present at the graduation on November 23, 2023. Participants learned about agricultural equipment and techniques over the 30 days. This was implemented by SINOMACH China Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Group Co., Ltd, and was taught by specialists from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences.
