Project narrative

On December 14, 2023, the Chinese Government delivered 10,000 tons of fertilizer and 7,570 tons of cereals to El Salvador's Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. The fertilizer donation was to be distributed to 106,000 farmers across El Salvador, and the cereal was to be distributed to 5,000 soup kitchens and bakeries. The fertilizer had an estimated value of RMB 40 million or $5 million. The cereal had an estimated value of RMB 60 million or $8.2 million.
